Financial Policies:
**Tuition for the school year is divided into equal payments even though some months have holidays or school breaks. The monthly payments are installed payments from the annual contract. Those attending over the summer will be given the summer tuition payment plan in the spring during summer sign ups.
Tuition will be prorated based on a weekly rate for the remaining days in the year, which may make the monthly charge slightly different than listed.

This is a non-refundable, one-time fee for first time applicants due at time of enrollment.

The enrollment fee covers the following:
Purchase of consumable text books, usage for non-consumable text books, Gradelink, yearbook, enrichment classes, technology, science labs, Standardized Testing, promotion and awards ceremonies, ACSI membership and student activities, field trip t-shirt or PE uniform, chapel speakers, report cards, FACTS tuition management, and transcripts.
Tuition Payment Plans
Legacy offers three tuition payment plans. The “One Payment” plan offers a 5% discount with tuition due on or before August 3, 2023. The “Two Payments” plan offers a 3% discount with tuition due; the first half on or before August 3, 2023, the second half on or before January 3, 2024. The 10 Monthly Payments are due on the 3rd day of each month beginning August 3, 2023 and ending on May 3, 2024.
A $300 sibling discount per year is available for students from the same family. While a student may qualify for multiple discounts, we are only able to offer one per student. The greater discount will apply. A bonus will be applied to your account for each family who enrolls because of your referral.
Extended Care
Extended Care is available for $12.00 per hour. Morning care begins at 7:00 AM. After care begins after school dismissal until 6:00 PM.
After School Programs
Throughout the school year, Legacy offers additional after school enrichment classes and lessons, including music, art, science, sports, and STEM. Fees for these classes are in addition to those set forth in the tuition schedule.
FACTS
All families are required to be registered with FACTS, our online tuition management system.
