2. APPLY ONLINE

Create an account on Gradelink. Once you’ve registered your email address, follow to steps to complete the new student enrollment.

3. COMPLETE APPLICATION PROCESS

Your application will be processed upon receipt of the non-refundable $100 application fee. Please mail or drop off your one-time $100 application fee to 420 Allegan Circle, San Jose, CA 95123 or pay through paypal here.┬áInclude your child’s first and last name in the memo.

4. FINALIZATION

Before a final decision is made for acceptance, the following must be provided:

Kindergarten Students

  • Entrance test (unless already in LCS Kinder Prep Program)

New 1st – 5th Grade Students

  • Most recent report card
  • Standardized test scores
  • Teacher reference

New Middle School Students

  • Most recent report card
  • Standardized test scores
  • Teacher reference.
  • Pastoral reference
  • Student form
  • Student interview

5. ACCEPTANCE NOTICE

You will be contacted if an entrance or placement assessment is required. Enrollment fees are due at the time of acceptance. Our office manager will let you know if we need additional information for your child’s file.
