Hello, Legacy Families!
We pray that you enjoyed a happy and safe 4th of July. We are excited to report that the latest science shows that students can go back to school safely with modifications. As of June 30, Santa Clara County updated their guidelines for reopening schools stating the importance of returning students to school campuses for in-person instruction and acknowledging that education is an essential service in our community.
Based on the recommendations of the SCC Public Health and guidance by the AAP, we plan to open for on-campus instruction as safely as possible in the fall. We will implement guidelines to the best of our ability to help ensure our school is safe for our students and educators. Many things will look different, such as classroom set up, drop off, pick up and more.
The LCS reopening guidelines will be finalized and sent to families at the beginning of August so parents and students can prepare for the first day on August 17th.
Please contact the office at (408) 225-5976 if you have any questions. Stay healthy and may you be blessed by God’s presence in your lives.
We can’t wait to see you all!
